- Communication: The key part of the job involves communicating with Fund Managers/Administrators/asset Management Companies based in UK and Offshore countries. through phone or emails to seek clarifications/confirmations pertaining to funds.
- Query handling: The incumbent will be responsible to resolve queries received from the clients.
- Data input: Part of the work includes manual keying in of data, populating the company’s fund database as per the client’s requests and project requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Qualification:B.com/BCS/BA (Economics).
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills is a must.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge about mutual fund.
- Strong numerical, analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook.
- Eager to learn & Ability to grasp, prioritise and focus on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
- Attention to detail: Needs to have an eye for accuracy & attention to detail, should have the ability to spot discrepancies and trace the root cause in a timely fashion.
- Initiative: Should be a go-getter, basically someone who can work independently and come up with ideas to enhance the process.
- Targets: Should consistently achieve the benchmark set and ensure the work quality is maintained throughout.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
