Experience of Setting up LAN, cabling, Telephone
Knowledge on ITIL frame work
Good interaction & Communication skills and ability to get the problem resolved by efficient escalation and coordination
Not required to resolve the issue completely but responsbile for first level troubleshooting and work with different vendors to ensure timeley resolution of incident
Responsibilities:
§ Responsible for Incident Management and Problem Management related with Desktop related issues, also logs calls at HelpDesk using AdventNet Tool.
§ Engineers at the Branches addresses calls and then logs with the helpdesk tool.
§ Escalate incident to next level for resolution if it is not resolved,
§ Complete all the Activities set by the Program Manager, like
§ Inventory update.
§ Back up report & update.
§ Scanning check / Antivirus check on the PC in a periodic intervel
§ Obtain quotations from vendors incase parts of ( Desktops/ Laptops / printers ) and help the IT team of customer with Purchase Management Activities
§ Train the users for basic settings & trouble-shooting.
§ Will register incident with vendor for spares & update.
§ Will update users periodically on the status of the actives incidents
Candidates only from mumbai location should apply and should be able to join with maximum notice of 15-20 Days not more than that.
Suitable candidates will be called for interview.
