Job Description
To provide voice technical support on installing networking devices to address customer concerns and provide quality customer serviceØ
Handling inbound calls on installing and troubleshooting networking devicesØ
Identifying the issue and to providing step by step instructions to help the client solve the problemØ
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Ø
Graduate / Undergraduate can applyØ
Ability to comprehend various accentsØ
Understanding of the technical fundamentals of the Internet.Ø
Experience providing technical support with ISP (would be an added advantage) with a minimum of 6 months of experience.Ø
