Job Description



 To provide voice technical support on installing networking devices to address customer concerns and provide quality customer service
Ø

 Handling inbound calls on installing and troubleshooting networking devices
Ø 

 Identifying the issue and to providing step by step instructions to help the client solve the problem
Ø

 

Desired Candidate Profile



 Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ø 

 Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
Ø

 Ability to comprehend various accents
Ø

 Understanding of the technical fundamentals of the Internet.
Ø 

 Experience providing technical support with ISP (would be an added advantage) with a minimum of 6 months of experience.

 A+
Ø & N+ would be an added advantage

 Must have excellent logical approach to Technical issues
