Job Description

 The Bank is looking for young, talented individuals keen on pursuing a career in banking. The DCB Budding Banker Program will be a platform for freshers to launch their career within the banking industry. Selected candidates will undergo an intensive training program in different banking functions for the first 6 months post which they will be deputed into different roles within the Bank

Eligibility - Graduates with 60% in any discipline. Candidates should have passed out in year 2010 or 2011 and must be under 24 years of age.
